Amidst various skin care products that contain green tea extract, the Exposed skin care system is the best option. The simplest and cheapest way I have learned is to buy green tea bags.
The boxes come with 25, 50 or even 100 tea bags. First, you brew the tea, just drop the tea bag in a cup of boiling water and leave it for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea whilst still quite warm. Then rub the tea bag all over your face. Make sure to get the residue evenly over every inch of skin. If you can do this 2 or 3 times everyday, you will soon see an improvement in your skin complexion You also want to be careful to buy plain green tea.
I have found quite a lot of brands which scent their green tea with jasmine or some other fragrant herb. If it is real jasmine, it should be fine. But you should check the ingredients and see that they have not added cheap scent to it instead of real jasmine.
You may also break open the used tea bag and apply the green tea leaves as a masque on their pimples. This achieves good results – the redness of the skin around the pimple seems to disappear very quickly, and the pimple itself dries up quite fast as well. The most convenient time to do this may be in the evening or weekends when you are relaxing as opposed to the previous method of rubbing the over the skin.
Personally I prefer to buy loose leaf green tea which is generally of a better quality and gram per gram the cost will be quite similar but the quality should be much better, just use one level teaspoon into a cup and fill up with freshly boiled water and drink when cool enough. you may leave a little in the cup which you can apply to the skin with a clean cottle wool pad and if you have the time take the leaves out of the bottom of the cup and use them as a masque over the worst affected areas.
I usually drink tea with my breakfast, immediately after lunch and immediately after dinner. Whatever the green tea is doing inside my body seems to be good. Whenever I have the chance to drink it regularly, my skin seems to be remarkably clear and healthy. When I am not able to drink green tea regularly, my complexion tends to be more spotty.

Hello there.
I have something to say, about Aloe Vera, something about which you wrote above, about health and vitamins… For a long time, I and my good friend use the products of the forever living. We at all times see the nice results and also we make money for our families and we are happy. My friend works with Aloe in the company of Forever Living Products has more than 5 years (My friend works ONLY in the FLP Company and has a wife and three children). I know aloe vera products for skin care for a long time, but a year ago, began working as a distributor in the flp.
Of course, this job is some difficult, but in no other case, You really can earn so much money with so much fun and good smiling faces around….
So if you want to discuss something about your post, and about my experience with Aloe vera products for weight loss, I’ll always be glad to talk.
Best regards from Washington and have a nice day!
Andrew – Aloe Vera Distributor

Green tea gives you a nice total of energy, not a burst, but you feel leveled all day as your drinkig it. No hgigh then dropping point. Only make sure you get serious green tea imported, never buy it at a store from a major make. Your green tea should be in a bag with japanese mark on it so you cannot learn it. Then you know you got the operating stuff. Some searches show that, drinking drinking green tea for weight loss regularly may help keep tooth decay by killing the bacterias which causes the alveolar memorial tablet.

I have had acne since I was a teenager. I’m currently in my thirties and what has appeared to work out best on me is apple cider vinegar contained in spray bottle, mixed with equal amounts of h20. This and coconut oil applied to my face.
